Wow, this past week has been a bit crazy with all of the news spreading here in the United States. My family and I were actually supposed to go to Italy over April vacation, but obviously that trip is cancelled. We got the word Wednesday night that all flights were suspended to Rome until June. Times are definitely uncertain and staying healthy is more of a priority than ever. As I tell my kids, wash your hands while singing the "Happy Birthday Song" and don't stop until you are done singing! Keeping your hands clean is absolutely, essential, however there are other things we can all do to stay healthy including: staying hydrated, getting plenty of rest and eating well.   1. These are all amazing! my family and I are trying to be more health-conscious and this is perfect! I'm really looking forard to trying the tonic drink, all the smoothies, and the immunity soup!
  2. Thanks for this list. I’ve been consuming a lot of bone broth this past couple of weeks. Will try making a green smoothie - we have an old blender so it doesn’t do a great job with blending veggies. With the warmth of the spring, would like to start making refreshing and healthful drinks.
