These Easy Lemon Blueberry Scones are a delicious breakfast treat! The scone recipe takes less than an hour to make and are fun to bake with kids.

Spring has finally arrived here in Maine! At this time of year, I enjoy light and fresh flavors like blueberry and lemon. This morning I was in the mood to do a little baking. At first, I was going to make my Homemade Blueberry Buttermilk Muffins or my Lemon Shortbread Square recipe.  Then, I remembered that I had this easy lemon blueberry scone recipe, which had the combination of my 2 favorite springtime flavors! So, the kids and I whipped up a batch of these delicious homemade scones!

Thank you for the feedback, I will have to test it again to see if there is something missing or I need to change up the ingredients. They are supposed to be thin, but not like pancakes. Sorry you did not enjoy them.
