What do I need to make the Healthy Pineapple Milkshake?

This delicious low calorie protein shake is made with just eight ingredients. You will need:

  • Vanilla Almond Milk
  • Vanilla Protein Powder: I use Premier Vanilla Protein PowderI like it because it is low in sugar. However, you can use your favorite brand of vanilla protein powder.
  • Crushed Pineapples
  • Cake Batter Extract: I ordered this from Amazon HERE and it makes a delicious addition! However, you can substitute with vanilla extract if you do not have this on hand.
  • Sugar Free Caramel Sauce
  • Sugar Free Whipped Cream
  • Sliced Pineapple
  • Cherries

How do I make the Pineapple Milkshake?

This delicious pineapple shake is made in the blender in just minutes. Here is what you will need to do to create this protein drink with pineapple.

Step 1: Add Ingredients to Blender

Start off by placing 2 cups of ice cubes in a blender. Then, follow with the vanilla almond milk, vanilla protein powder, crushed pineapple and cake batter extract. 

Step 2: Blend, Serve and Enjoy!

Blend ingredients on high speed in blender until thick and creamy, adding more ice if necessary. Then. drizzle caramel sauce on the inside of a glass. Pour the milkshake into the glass and top with whipped cream and a cherry.

Can I store the Pineapple Shake?

This pineapple protein shake is best enjoyed immediately after making it. However, if you do have leftovers, it can be stored in the refrigerator for a day or two. For best flavor and texture, add back to blender and blend on high right before serving.
