  • 2 cups Ice
  • ¾ cup Vanilla Almond Milk
  • 1 scoop Vanilla Protein Powder
  • ½ cup Crushed Pineapples
  • 1 tablespoon Cake Batter Extract or Vanilla Extract
  • Sugar Free Caramel Sauce
  • Sugar Free Whip Cream
  • Pineapple Slice
  • 2 Cherries

Instructions

  • Start by placing ice cubes, almond milk, protein powder, crushed pineapple, and cake batter extract into a blender.
  • Blend on high until smooth and thick.
  • Take a glass and drizzle caramel sauce on the inside of it.
  • Pour in your shake.
  • Top with whipped cream, a cherry, and a pineapple slice.
