I absolutely love my Crock-Pot and Pressure Cooker. Both of these items, help minimize the time needed to make healthy, home cooked meals! it is so convenient to add chopped veggies, meat and sauce to a Crock-Pot and let it slow cook all day. Nothing is better than having a meal fully prepared and ready to eat after a long day at work!
On mornings that are hectic, I don't always have time to get everything ready for the Crock-Pot. This is when I utilized my pressure cooker! I can prepare a meal that tastes like it has been cooking all day, but can be done in less than an hour. One of my favorite things about using the pressure cooker is that meat always turns out so tender and juicy in it!
