How do I Make Everything Bagel Air Fryer Sweet Potato Wedges?

My favorite thing about cooking in the air fryer is that almost all the recipes are so quick and easy to make! There are just two simple steps to prepare the sweet potatoes.

Step 1: Prepare the Sweet Potatoes

Start off by preheating the air fryer to 370 degrees Fahrenheit. Then, wash and peel the sweet potatoes. Next, cut the sweet potatoes into 1/4 inch wedges. Add them to a large bowl, drizzle oil on top and sprinkle the Everything Bagel Seasoning on top.

Step 2: Cook the Potato Wedges

Place the sweet potatoes wedges in the air fryer basket in one layer with room between them to allow the air to flow. They may need to be cooked in batches, depending on the size of your air fryer.  Close the air fryer cook and at 370 degrees Fahrenheit for 10 minutes, turning with tong halfway through cooking time. Remove from air fryer, serve warm and enjoy!

Ingredients

  • 1 large sweet potato or 2 medium peeled and cut into wedges
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1 tbsp Everything Bagel Seasoning

Instructions

  • Preheat Air Fryer to 370 degrees Fahrenheit.
  • Wash, peel and cut the sweet potatoes into wedges (about ¼ inch)
  • In a large bowl, add the sweet potatoes wedges, the oil and Everything Bagel seasoning.
  • Toss to combine everything
  • Place the sweet potatoes wedges in the air fryer basket in one layer with space between them to allow for air flow. You may need to cook them in 2 to 3 batches, depending on the size of your air fryer.
  • Close the air fryer and cook at 370 ˚F for 10 minutes, turning with tongs halfway through cooking.

Notes

• It's best to eat the wedges right away, but if you have any leftovers (which I doubt!) You can also reheat them in the air fryer at 370˚F for 2 to 3 minutes 
• You can also make the same recipe with regular potatoes

Look wonderful but I follow a plant diet that doesn’t use oil Is there a way I can make these without oil?

Do you use any kind of oil? Avocado or coconut oil (melted) could be substituted here.
