How do I make Air Fryer Chicken Tenders and Honey Mustard Sauce?

This simple air fryer chicken recipe takes less than 30 minutes to prepare. Here are the steps to make the chicken tenders along with the honey mustard sauce.

Step 1: Prepare the ingredients

Spray the air fryer tray with cooking spray. Place breadcrumbs on a plate or shallow bowl and set aside. Mix the paprika, onion powder, salt and pepper together in a small bowl. Pat the chicken tenderloins dry with a paper towel and season both sides with the seasoning.

Step 2: Bread the chicken

Whisk the egg and milk together in a shallow dish. Dip a seasoned chicken into the egg-milk mixture and then dredge in the breadcrumbs. Place in the prepared air fryer basket. Repeat with the remaining tenders Note: you may have to work in batches depending on air fryer tray size.

Step 3: Cook the chicken tenders in the air fryer

Cook the chicken tenders on the air fry setting at 390 degrees Fahrenheit for 10 minutes, flipping halfway through. When finished cooking, the tenders should be golden brown with an internal temperature of 165 degrees Fahrenheit.
