How Do I Make Raw Bread?
Making raw bread is very similar to preparing traditional bread. But instead of cooking your bread in the oven, you'll use your dehydrator to "bake" the loaf! To make your own raw bread at home, just follow these four easy steps.
Step One: Prepare the Dough
Combine the oats, mango, banana, and apple in a blender or food processor. Blend the ingredients together until smooth, then add the flaxseed and coconut flour to the bowl. Continue blending for an additional 2 to 3 minutes. If the consistency gets too thick, add up to ½ cup of water as you blend.
Step Two: Form the Loaf
Once the dough is well blended, lightly dust your work surface with coconut flour and roll out the dough. Use your hands to form the dough into a loaf. If the dough is too sticky to handle, add up to one tablespoon of coconut flour.
Step Three: Top with Seeds
After forming the dough into a loaf shape, sprinkle the sunflower seeds and sesame seeds over the top of the loaf. You can add other seeds to the loaf, as desired. Lightly press the topping in place to keep the seeds from falling off.

Step Four: Cook the Loaf
Place the bread in a dehydrator tray and set the temperature to 115 degrees. Dehydrate the bread for around 4 hours for chewy bread or 5 hours for crispy bread.

Is Raw Bread Vegan?
Since this bread is prepared with a variety of fruit, grains, and seeds, it's perfect for anyone hoping to enjoy a vegan dish! And it's a great substitute for traditional yeast bread for anyone on a raw vegan diet since this no-bake recipe is prepared without the use of yeast.
Can I Make Raw Bread in the Oven?
Using a dehydrator is the best way to make this raw bread recipe. But if you don't have a dehydrator, you can also use your oven to dry out the loaf.
But just because you're using your oven doesn't mean you're actually baking the bread! Instead, you'll cook your loaf on a very low temperature, essentially dehydrating the bread instead of baking it.
Set the oven to cook on the lowest setting (around 105 to 115 degrees). Place the bread on a baking sheet and allow it to cook for around four hours for chewy slices or five hours for crisp bread.

How Do I Get My Raw Bread Crispier?
Even after dehydrating your bread loaf, the inside of the raw bread may still be soft. If you want your bread to have a crispier crust, simply return the loaf to the dehydrator to cook longer.
Another simple way to add a crispy crunch to your raw bread is to slice it and then dehydrate it more. After dehydrating your bread for four hours, remove it and cut it into slices.
Arrange the slices in an even layer on the dehydrator tray and return the slices back to the dehydrate for another hour at the same temperature.
