This simple recipe comes together in just a few steps and it takes less than 30 minutes to make. Here is what you will need to do to make this festive Easter snack.

Step 1: Combine dry ingredients

Start off by preheating the oven to 250 degrees Fahrenheit. Line a baking dish with parchment paper and set aside. Then, combine oats, cocoa powder and sugar in a large bowl.

Step 2: Add chocolate and coconut oil

Melt the chocolate in the microwave and add it to dry ingredients. Then, melt the coconut oil and drizzle over the oat mixture. Toss with a wooden spoon until ingredients are combined and well coated.

Step 3: Bake the Granola

Pour the oats mixture into the prepared parchment lined baking dish. Bake at 250 degrees Fahrenheit for 15 minutes. Remove from oven and cool completely.
