Homemade Chocolate Granola with Mini Eggs

Easter is right around the corner, which means delicious chocolate Cadbury mini eggs are back in stock at the store! The coated chocolate candies are a popular addition to cookies and cake. They are also  perfect to mix in with Homemade Chocolate Granola for an Easter treat! This simple granola recipe takes just 25 minutes to make and it will make a great addition to any Easter basket!

  • Preheat oven to 250 degrees Fahrenheit. Line a baking dish with parchment paper and set aside.
  • Combine the oats, cocoa powder and sugar in a large bowl.
  • Melt the coconut oil in the microwave or on cooktop over low heat.
  • Drizzle coconut oil over oats mixture, then toss with a wooden spoon until ingredients are well coated.
  • Pour oats mixture into parchment lined baking dish.
  • Bake for 15 minutes at 250. Remove from oven and cool completely.
  • Once the granola is cooled, mix in the marshmallows and mini eggs.
