How do I make the Christmas Wreath Salad?

There are just two simple steps for creating this beautiful, healthy salad for Christmas. Here is what you will need to do:

Step 1: Arrange all ingredients on a platter

Start off by arranging the spinach leaves in a wreath shape on a platter. Then, add the rosemary sprigs around the wreath. Next, place the broccoli florets on top of spinach and rosemary sprigs. Add whole grape tomatoes on top in various places to resemble holly berries. Then, place snow peas around the wreath in scattered places.

What kind of salad dressing is best for the Holiday Wreath Salad?

I enjoy making a light homemade salad dressing to add to the salad. I prefer making either an Italian dressing or a simple balsamic dijon vinaigrette dressing. Here are the quick and easy recipes for both dressings.
