How do I make the Apple Smoothie?

I just love making smoothies because they are so quick and easy! For this apple cinnamon smoothie recipe, there are just two steps!

Step 1: Prepare the Ingredients

Prepare the ingredients by cutting the apples in chunks around the core. Then, discard the core. I like to leave the skin on the apples for added nutrient and taste. However, they can also be peeled if that is preferred.  Peel the banana and measure out the walnuts, cinnamon, milk and ice.

Step 2: Blend everything together

Start off by adding the walnuts to the blender first. Blend until coarsely chopped. Then, add in the apple chunks, banana, cinnamon, almond milk and crushed ice. Blend all the ingredients together on medium-high speed until well blended with smooth consistency. Pour the apple cinnamon smoothie into your favorite glasses and enjoy immediately!

Can I store the Smoothie?

The apple cinnamon smoothie can be stored in the freezer or refrigerator, but it is best enjoyed immediately. If you do have leftovers, they can be stored in the freezer or refrigerator for 2 to 3 days. For best taste, blend again before drinking it.
