Favorite Soups

Happy Sunday! I hope you had a chance to check out my Favorite Vegetarian Soups post from last week. If you missed it, you can check it out <here>. It has been very cold in Maine, so we have been warming up each night with different soups for dinner. This week I am sharing the second part of my round-up of favorite soup recipes. Here they are:

1.Onion & Garlic Soup with Toasted Baguette: This is from my own collection of recipes and is a perfect meal for a cold winter's night!

2. 7 Ingredient Coconut Curry Seafood Soup: by Healthy Helper Blog is a quick & easy soup to make on a busy week night. The combination of flavors is truly delicious!

3. One Pot Chicken Noodle Soup: by Food, Pleasure, & Health is a favorite with the entire family. Of course, I love it because it is prepared in one pot, so it minimizes clean-up time.

4. Gluten Free Slow Cooker Turkey Chili: by The Suzlyfe is simple to make and gluten free! Bonus, I love anything that can be thrown into the crock pot.

Would you like to save this?

We'll email this post to you, so you can come back to it later!

5. Crockpot Mexican Chili: Have I mentioned how much I love the crock pot? This is another recipe from my personal stash at Marathons & MotivationOne of my favorite things about making this is that it infuses the entire house with a warm spicy scent while it cooks. I serve it with a side of Quesadillas and it is always a huge hit!

Do you have a favorite soup? Will you give one of these a try? I would love to hear your thoughts in the comments below.

  2. I'm a really big fan of thick stews. I'm all about dense textures so they really do it for me and are great for a warm up!
