I love a good smoothie bowl! It seems like most of the smoothie bowl recipes I come across are made with berries and greens, which I do enjoy. However, I had a bunch of apples in my refrigerator, which got me thinking. Hmmm...I rarely see apples used in the smoothie bowl recipes. So, I decided to see what they would taste like if I put together a simple smoothie bowl using them. The result? I came up with this Cinnamon Banana Apple Smoothie Bowl. What do I need to make the Cinnamon Banana Apple Smoothie Bowl?
As I mentioned above, I kept this very simple. You will need just 8 ingredients for this delicious treat:
- Vanilla Greek Yogurt
- Banana
- Almond Milk
- Apple
- Cinnamon

How do I make the smoothie bowl?
All you do is add the yogurt, banana, almond milk, apple, cinnamon and honey to a blender. Blend it until smooth. Then add in about 2 cups of ice to thicken it, more or less depending on your preference. Once it is the desired degree of thickness, pour it into 2 bowls.
