When people talk about dental health, they often think specifically about their teeth. However, gum health is a very important component of not just dental health, but also to one's overall health.   1. Listerine has been my favorite mouthwash for years. I love the Green Tea version. Started using it when I had my braces and it really keeps the gums healthy.
