How Do I Make Banana Parfaits?

There’s no baking involved in this simple recipe, making it perfect for any get-together! And it’s so easy to make! The most difficult part about this recipe is waiting for the pudding to set after you mix it! To make your banana split in a jar, follow these easy steps:

Step One: Prepare the Pudding 

Combine the milk and vanilla pudding mix in a medium bowl and whisk the ingredients together for two minutes, until the mixture begins to thicken. Once the pudding begins to get thick, set the bowl aside to give it time to set.

Step Two: Layer the Ingredients

In the bottom of each 8 ounce jar, place a layer of banana slices. Top the bananas with three tablespoons of pudding, then add a layer of sliced strawberries. Top the strawberries with another three tablespoons of vanilla pudding. On top of the pudding, add 1 tablespoon of crushed pineapple and a swirl of chocolate syrup. Then top the parfait with a dollop of whipped cream, then garnish each jar with chopped nuts and a cherry.
