  • Whisk the milk and vanilla pudding mix for 2 minutes or until thoroughly mixed and thickened. Set aside.
  • Place a layer of sliced bananas in the bottom of an 8-ounce jar.
  • Top the bananas with about 3 tablespoons of the pudding.
  • Then, add a layer of sliced strawberries and repeat a layer of the pudding.
  • Over the pudding, spoon about 1 tablespoon of the crushed pineapple. Then, drizzle on 1 tablespoon of chocolate syrup.
  • Top the parfait with a dollop of whipped topping, chopped nuts (if desired,) and a cherry.
