A couple of weeks ago I shared with you that I had picked up the Always Eat After 7PM book after putting on a few unwanted pounds over the past 3 months. I was intrigued with the concept of intermittent fasting and the idea that eating after 7PM actually had some significant benefits. After all, this was against just about everything I had ever been told regarding my diet.

One quote from the book that really got my attention was this:

So, as someone who loves staying up late and does enjoy carbs and a pre-bedtime snack, I decided to give this a try. I am loving it and have already seen some progress!

How does the Always Eat After 7PM Diet Work?
The Always Eat After 7 PM plan consists of: The 14-day Acceleration Phase to kick-start the program and see rapid results, The Main Phase where you'll learn exactly which foods to eat when in order to achieve your weight-loss goals, The Lifestyle Phase to keep the weight off for good.

What can I eat on the Always Eat After 7PM Diet?
It varies a little during the different phases. However, I have yet to find myself hungry! I am in the Main Phase so I generally y start my day with a 3-Minute Fat-Burning Ritual Drink. Then, I have a big lunch, which might be a turkey sandwich or chili loaded baked potatoes.

The dinner portions are huge and my favorite recipe in the book (so far) is the Cheeseburger Meatloaf...YUM!!! Did I mention that I also get to have dessert, like the Always Eat After 7PM version of Cherry Garcia ice cream?

Of course, my favorite part of this program is the Pre-Bedtime Fat-Burning Snack. I typically have a Spiced Oatmeal Protein Smoothie or Homemade Beef Jerky.
