Spending so much time at home recently has led me to do a little extra munching. Unfortunately, the extra snacks along with being more sedentary has also led to some unwanted weight gain. Eat after 7pm? Doesn't this go against a common rule in every single diet? Well, I was totally intrigued by the idea, so I had to learn more and got the book to read right away!
Why did I choose the Always Eat After 7pm book?
I am a total night owl, so I am typically up late on most nights. Being a night owl combined with my family's busy schedule means we eat dinner on most nights after 7pm. Finally, a diet I may be able to stick to! Here is what Joel Marion, the best-selling author, fitness expert and nutritionist states in the book:
