Step One: Fill Your Ramekins

Before you can start cooking your eggs, you need to prepare the water for poaching. Start by spraying each ramekin with oil or nonstick cooking spray. Then, fill each bowl ⅔ of the way with water.

  • Crack one egg into each ramekin, I like to crack the egg into a measuring pitcher and then pour it into the ramekin. This reduces splashing and burns to hands.
  • For desired yolk firmness, cook the eggs at 370° Fahrenheit for 5-7 minutes.
  • Carefully remove the ramekins from the air fryer immediately using tongs.
  • Drain the ramekins carefully and separate the egg from the ramekin walls using a silicone spatula.
  • Wedge the egg from the ramekin to plate and enjoy seasoned to desired taste. or on a piece of toast, biscuit, or English muffin.
