How do I make Air Fryer Buffalo Chicken Wings?
Step 1: Prepare the wings
Star off by rinsing the chicken wings under cold water and pat dry with paper towels. Then, add the all-purpose flour, baking powder, onion powder, garlic powder and table salt into a large mixing bowl and stir to combine. Next, add the chicken wings to the flour and seasoning mixture and toss to coat all of the wings taking care that each wing is completely coated.
Step 2: Cook the chicken wings
Shake off any excess flour mixture from the chicken wings and place them in the air fryer. Allow space between each wing for air flow. The chicken wings may need to be cooked in batches depending on the size of your air fryer. Set the temperature on the air fryer to 400 degrees Fahrenheit and cook the chicken wings for 18 to 20 minutes, turning the chicken wings over at 10 minutes.

Step 3: Make the Buffalo Sauce
Add honey, hot sauce and butter to a small sauce pan. Cook for 3 to 4 minutes on medium-high heat, stirring continuously, then set aside.
Step 4: Add sauce to chicken wings
Take the chicken wings out of the Air Fryer and transfer them to a large mixing bowl. Pour the Buffalo sauce over the chicken wings and toss to coat each wing completely. Serve and enjoy!
