Sweet & Spicy Triple Berry Smoothie Bowl

I have to admit that I was a bit late jumping on the Smoothie Bowl band wagon. However, in an effort to really clean up my diet, I have developed a real love for them! What is so great about a smoothie bowl? They are easy to put together and can be packed with nutrients, which can serve as a healthy breakfast, snack, or dessert. They can be eaten right out of the bowl or put in the blender for a meal on the run. This week I did a little experimenting with my favorite brand of yogurt: Noosa. I love sweet & spicy combinations, so I took their Blueberry Serrano flavored yogurt and created a delicious Sweet & Spicy Triple Berry Smoothie Bowl for lunch.

  1. The smoothie bowl looks delicious! I still haven't made a smoothie bowl yet...I need to get cracking!
  2. Not sure I've ever really had a smoothie bowl. I just drink the smoothie. Kind of like the idea of toppings and eating it with a spoon, though. This one looks really good.
  3. I like them in a bowl as well but have not had one in a while. I seem to crave them less in the winter time. Looks delicious!
