These meatballs are very simple to make in just a few steps. Here is what you will need to do to make these delicious meatballs.
Step 1: Combine the ingredients
In a large bowl, combine bread crumbs and milk. Mix together and let sit for 5 minutes to soften the crumbs. Add the ground beef, ground pork sausage, egg, parmigiano reggiano cheese, salt, pepper, Italian seasoning and garlic to the bowl with the bread crumbs and milk. Mix the ingredients together with your hands making sure they are well combined.

Step 2: Form the meatballs
Form 24 equal size meatballs by rolling them with your hands so they are round.
Step 3: Cook the meatballs in the air fryer
Place the meatballs in the air fryer so there is space between them. Cook in batches if necessary, as it is important to not overcrowd them. Set the air fryer temperature to 380° Fahrenheit. Cook for 9 to 12 minutes. They are finished when the internal temperature is 165°F. Remove from air fryer, serve and enjoy.
