  1. I don't have any avocado oil at home but these are great points. I love avocados - I put them on just about everything, from toast to enchiladas - so it makes sense to use its oil too!
  2. I’ve seen avocado oil on the shelf at my grocery store for a while but haven’t tried it yet. Next time we need some oil I’ll have to give this one a try. I put vitamin e oil on a few scars I have so now I wonder if this would do even more for my skin since it has other things in it too.

  5. I can't remember whether I've used avocado oil or not, but I certainly use avocados to make guacamole a lot. I've certainly seen recipes calling specifically for avocado oil, and it was helpful to learn I could use it as a substitute when a recipe calls for a vegetable oil. I like the idea of using it as a salad dressing. I'll definitely keep that idea in mind!
