Step 2: Bake the Brownies with the mint Oreos in the batter
Pour the chocolate mixture into the sugar mixture and mix until fully combined. Gently fold in the flour and cocoa. Pour the brownie batter into the prepared pan. Then, add in the mint Oreos by pressing them into the batter. Space them evenly, so that when the brownies are cut, there is an Oreo in each one. Bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean, about 30 to 35 minutes.

Step 3: Make the Ganache
While the brownies are baking, prepare the ganache. Place the white chocolate into a medium-sized bowl and set aside. In a medium saucepan heat your heavy cream until it just comes to a simmer, do not boil. Pour the hot cream over the white chocolate and let it sit for 3 minutes. Stir to combine and melt the white chocolate chips. When the white chocolate is melted and smooth add your food coloring a little at a time until your reach your desired "Grinchy" green.

Step 4: Pour the Green Ganache over the Brownies
Pour the green ganache over the top of the brownies and spread out with a knife. Then, add red sprinkles and red hearts to the top. Let the the brownies cool and the ganache to set before cutting brownies. Slice into 12 squares, serve and enjoy!
