Happy Monday, I hope you had a wonderful weekend! I had a fun and busy one as I decided to take a last minute trip to Lake Placid, New York, my favorite place for swimming, biking, running, and hiking. Before I headed out of town,  I stopped by Whole Foods to pick up some healthy snacks for the car ride. As I was looking through the cooler section for a nutritious drink, I discovered  Evolution Fresh® Organic Superfood Smoothies.

I was eager to try them after I read the label and discovered that each smoothie contains a nourishing mix of organic ingredients and antioxidant vitamin C. They sounded like the perfect drink for my active lifestyle!

The delicious Evolution Fresh® Organic Superfoods Juice Smoothies come in 4 different flavors:

  1. Goldenmilk- This flavor was inspired by a traditional Indian beverage and is a blend of coconut milk, turmeric, ginger, acerola cherry, chia seeds, baobab, and a dash of cinnamon
  2. Thriving Greens-This includes the leafy greens spinach and romaine lettuce combined with coconut milk, turmeric, cocoa, baobab, chia seeds, ginger and spirulina.
  3. Tropic of Ginger- This refreshing flavor is a combination of coconut milk, pineapple, acerola cherry, baobab, ginger and chia seeds.
  4. Cocoa Spice- This is a creamy blend of cocoa, acerola cherry, coconut milk, baobab, chia seeds and the spices: ginger, turmeric, and cinnamon.

I love each one of these flavors for different reasons. The Goldenmilk is perfect to sip on and relax during the evening. The Thriving Greens is a great way to keep you going throughout the day. I enjoyed it as a pick-me-up during a hike over the weekend. The Tropic of Ginger is my favorite flavor for the morning as it is smooth and refreshing and helps to get me moving. The Cocoa Spice is decadent and delicious making it perfect for a late afternoon treat.

  20. Having this would be awesome especially during a hike! It isn't just refreshing, it's filling and it's healthy as well. I think it's worth a try, I already like all the flavors!

  34. I love smoothies and I always try to incorporate as many superfoods into my diet as I can. These sound delicious, especially the Goldenmilk and the Cocoa Spice which I would really like to try.

  55. I haven't tried these, but I love grab and go smoothies. They're a great way to get some nutrients on the go, which can be a challenge. Convenience eating can be brutal, so it's great to have healthy alternatives.
