How do I make Cadbury Mini Eggs Cookies?

Step 1: Combine the dry ingredients

Add the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt to a medium bowl. Whisk to combine and set bowl aside.

Step 2: Beat the wet ingredients and sugars together

In a separate bowl, using a hand mixer or stand mixer, beat the butter with the granulated sugar and brown sugar until light and fluffy. Add the eggs and vanilla and beat to combine.

Step 3: Add dry ingredients to wet ingredients

Slowly add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, while beating with mixer. Scrape down the sides with a spatula as needed. Continue to beat until well combined and cookie dough has formed.

Step 4: Add the baking chips and chill

Fold in Funfetti baking chips or the white chocolate chips. Place the dough in the refrigerator to chill for one hour.

Step 5:  Prepare the cookies

When ready to bake, preheat the oven to 350 degrees and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Use a one inch cookie scoop to scoop out the dough. Press three chocolate eggs into the top of each dough ball.

Step 6: Bake and enjoy

Bake 10 to 12 minutes, until the cookies are just beginning to brown on the edges. Allow the cookies to cool for five minutes on the pan, then transfer to a wire cooling rack to cool completely.
