Happy Monday, I hope you had a great weekend! It was a gorgeous one here in Maine and I took advantage of the weather by enjoying some cycling. However, It took my legs some convincing to get on my bike Saturday. I woke up and when I put my feet on the ground I felt my quadriceps seize up. I was like...What is going on? What is CBD Oil?

1.  Reduces Inflammation- It has anti-inflammatory properties without the side effects (such as bleeding) of the standard over the counter NSAID's. In fact, some current research indicates that it may have a greater antioxidant effect than Vitamin C or Vitamin D. So instead of reaching for ibuprofen after a long run or tough workout, give CBD Oil a try.

2. Pain Relief- CBD oil is an analgesic and can provide pain relief for sore muscles after exercise.  It has far fewer adverse effects than many traditional medicines used to treat pain.

3. Decreased Nausea- Many athletes can experience nausea resulting in decreased appetite after huge volume workouts.   8. You've provided some wonderful tips. I currently don't use CBD oil. However, I've heard some wonderful things about it.
  9. I've never heard of CBD oil as a way to heal from exercise. My dad started using it when he was diagnosed with cancer last year, but I don't know if he continued after being medically cleared.
