Ingredients

  • 1 cup oats
  • 2 cup almond milk or your favorite plant based milk
  • 2 tablespoon maple syrup or honey
  • 1 cup vanilla yogurt
  • ½ cup pumpkin puree
  • ¼ cup pecans
  • ¼ cup hemp hearts

Instructions

  • Place oats, milk, and maple syrup into a mason jar.
  • Place lid and shake until well mixed
  • Place into the fridge overnight
  • When you are ready to serve place a scoop of overnight oats into a cup or bowl, layer with pumpkin puree and top with yogurt.
  • Garnish with pecans and hemp hearts, if desired.
