  • In a large mixing bowl, beat cream cheese until light and fluffy. Then add in cool whip topping and marshmallow fluff.
  • Slowly add powdered sugar until all ingredients are well combined.
  • Fold in chocolate chips and Andes mint chocolate
  • Place in the refrigerator and allow to chill for about 2 hours before serving.
  • Serve with graham crackers, pretzel or cookies. Enjoy!
