Oven Roasted Nuts with Dill

Ingredients

  • 3 cups mixed nuts I used salted nuts. If you do not have salted, then add 1 teaspoon of salt.
  • cup olive oil
  • ½ teaspoon garlic salt
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 2 tablespoon fresh dill
  • Dash of cracked black pepper

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 300 degrees F.
  • In a large bowl combine all ingredients, stir well.
  • Pour onto a large baking sheet.
  • Roast for approximately 25-28 minutes, stirring often.
  • Remove and let cool.
  • ENJOY!
