  • ½ frozen mango chunks
  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • 1 tablespoon ground flaxseed meal
  • ½ tablespoon honey agave nectar, or maple syrup
  • 1 pinch salt

Optional Toppings:

  • Shredded coconut
  • Fresh or frozen berries

Instructions

  • Add all smoothie ingredients to a blender.
  • Process until smooth and creamy, tamping down as necessary.
  • Pour into a glass and serve. Add garnishes if desired.
