  • Turn the Instant Pot on to the sauté setting.
  • When the pot is hot, add in the ground meat, onion, chives, salt, pepper and Italian seasoning.
  • Sauté until the meat has browned.
  • Add in the butter and stir until it melts.
  • Add the minced garlic and sauté for 30 seconds. Finally, add in remaining ingredients: chicken broth, egg noodles and diced tomatoes. Mix them all together to ensure they are combined. Turn off sauté mode.
  • Place the lid on the instant pot and close the sealing valve. Set the Instant Pot to high pressure for 8 minutes.
  • When the cook time is up, allow the pressure to naturally release for 10 minutes. Then, do a quick release by opening the sealing valve and releasing the remaining pressure.
  • Stir together. Serve and enjoy!
