Individual Apple Crisps in the Air Fryer
These air fryer apple crisps are perfect for when you need individual desserts. Easy to make, with the perfect amount of apples and sweetness to satisfy a sweet craving!

Ingredients
Apple Filling:

apples
diced in small pieces

tablespoon
cinnamon

nutmeg

lime

Topping:

old-fashioned oats

cinnamon

pecans

Instructions
Directions:
Peel, core, and dice the apples into small pieces.
Mix the apples, cinnamon, nutmeg, lemon juice, and maple syrup in a medium bowl until the apples are evenly coated.
Spray the ramekins lightly with nonstick cooking spray. Distribute the apple mixture evenly between 8 ramekins.
Pour some melted coconut oil into each ramekin over the apples.
In another small bowl, mix the oats, cinnamon, nuts, maple syrup, flour, and melted coconut oil, until all the oats are evenly coated.
Distribute the topping evenly into each ramekin over the apple mixture.
Preheat the air fryer to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.
Cover the ramekins with aluminum foil and bake them for 25 minutes. This may need to be done in batches, depending on the size of your air fryer.
Once they are ready, remove from air fryer, allow to cool for a few minutes.
Enjoy with some vanilla ice cream, caramel, or with yogurt if you want a lighter dessert or snack.
Notes
Note: If you want the oats to be more toasted, uncover the ramekins and add 2 - 3 more minutes in your air fryer.
