Equipment

  • Popsicle Mold
  • Popsicle Sticks

Ingredients

  • ¾ cup orange juice fresh or store-bought
  • ¾ cup pineapple juice
  • 3 tablespoon vanilla
  • ¼ cup + 2 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 ½ cup heavy cream

Instructions

  • Add all of the ingredients to a high-quality blender and whip for 2-3 minutes. This will give the ingredients a chance to incorporate and the heavy cream to thicken up. It should be slightly runny and not too thick when you try to pour it.
  • Pour the mixture into the popsicle molds and freeze for at least 6 hours.
  • Remove from molds and enjoy!

Notes

Tips/Tricks/Variations
*Add in some fresh fruit if you want. Pineapple, oranges, strawberries, blueberries, mango or anything else would be a nice touch. Just blend the fruit with the other ingredients so it’s smooth and creamy.
*You can always increase or decrease the amount of sugar. As the popsicles freeze they tend to lose some of the sweetness, so go with a little more if you prefer things on the sweet.
*You can swap the heavy cream for whole milk, but the mixture won’t be as thick when you pour it into the mold. It will still make a great popsicle though!
