Equipment

  • Gummy Bear Mold, found on Amazon: https://amzn.to/3m6X85x

Ingredients

  • 4 tablespoons unflavored gelatin divided
  • ½ cup lemon juice freshly squeezed, seeds and pulp removed
  • ½ cup orange juice freshly squeezed, seeds and pulp removed
  • 4 tablespoons honey divided
  • 1 cup of water divided

Instructions

  • Combine ½ cup of water with one of the juices in a small sauce pan. Add half the honey and half the gelatin and stir to combine.
  • Heat the ingredients over medium heat until it comes to a boil. After that, remove the pan from heat and allow to rest and cool for five minutes.
  • After the mixture has cooled slightly, pour the mixture into your gummy bear molds. Let the molds set for around 20 minutes to solidify, then pop the gummy bears out of the molds and enjoy.
  • Repeat the process for the second flavor, then combine the two flavors to enjoy a mix of citrus gummy bears.
