Equipment

Ingredients

  • 3 frozen bananas
  • 2 cups milk of choice we used oat milk
  • 8 ounces pumpkin puree
  • ¼ cup cacao powder
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup
  • ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Pinch of sea salt
  • Whipped cream optional for topping (we used an oat based whipped topping)

Chocolate Sauce (optional):

Instructions

  • If making the chocolate sauce, combine the chocolate chips and the coconut oil in a small bowl and microwave in 15 second intervals until melted. Drizzle into glasses or reserve for topping. Set aside while you blend the milkshake.
  • For the milkshake, place all of the ingredients except whipped topping in a blender and blend at full-speed for 20 seconds until frothy. Pour into a mug and top with whipped topping if desired.
