Cheesy Shoestring Carrot Fries

You only need 5 ingredients to make these incredible Cheesy Shoestring Carrot Fries. Shredded carrots, olive oil, Parmesan cheese with a little salt and pepper are delicious and healthy combination!  Every taste is naturally sweet from the carrots, covered in parmesan cheese and perfect for all occasions. This is an amazing side dish that goes well with steak, chicken, fish and vegetarian burgers!

Ingredients

  • 10 oz bag of shredded carrots
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • cup Parmesan cheese - shredded
  • Dash of salt & pepper

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
  • In a bowl, toss the carrots with 2 tablespoon of olive oil.
  • Spread on a baking sheet.
  • In a small bowl, combine shredded parmesan cheese with a dash of salt and pepper. Then sprinkle over the carrots.
  • Bake for approximately 30-35 minutes. Flip the carrots once or twice throughout cooking.
  • Remove and let cool.
