Baked Pears and Cheese with Blueberries

Ingredients

  • 2 pears cut in half
  • 1 ½ cup mozzarella cheese cut in cubes
  • 1 cup fresh blueberries
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
  • Cut pears in half and dice up mozzarella into ½ inch cubes.
  • Place pears and mozzarella in a heavy cast iron skillet and bake for 10 minutes.
  • Remove from the oven and sprinkle with blueberries and rosemary.
  • Place back in the oven for an additional 5 minutes.
  • Remove from oven and drizzle with honey.
  • Serve warm and enjoy!
