Ingredients

  • 5 large fresh jalapeño peppers, seeded and ribs removed
  • 1 8 oz pack cream cheese
  • ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 tablespoons ranch seasoning
  • 10 slices bacon

Instructions

  • Slice the jalapeños in half lengthwise. Then, remove seeds and ribs. Rinse the jalapeños with cold water to remove oil or any additional seeds. **I wear gloves when I do this to avoid getting jalapeño oil on my skin as it can burn. However, it is not necessary as long as you are careful not to touch your face or eyes while working with them. Just make sure to wash your hands thoroughly after the seeds have been removed.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese and Ranch seasoning.
  • Spoon cheese mixture into each half of pepper
  • Wrap each half with a slice of bacon
  • Place poppers in the air fryer basket and cook on 380 degrees Fahrenheit for 8 minutes or until bacon is crisp.
