Preheat your air fryer to 375F on the air fry setting.
In a small bowl, whisk together the maple syrup, dijon mustard, lemon juice, oregano, garlic powder, onion powder, salt and pepper until combined. Set aside.
Spray the bottom of your air fryer tray with cooking spray.
Divide the maple marinade in half to reserve a portion for after cooking, and toss the pork chops in the remaining marinade to evenly coat.
Place the pork chops into the air fryer, working in batches if needed. Cook for 13-15 minutes (or until the internal temperature reaches 145F) depending on the thickness of your pork chops, flipping halfway through cooking.
Drizzle with the reserved maple marinade and allow the pork chops to rest for 2-3 minutes on a covered plate. Serve and enjoy!
