Four Ways to Practice Self-Care

4 Ways to Practice Self-Care

1. Self-Massage

Spend a few minutes every day doing self-massage to help relax and soothe any sore muscles. I like to do this right after I get out of the shower with Life-flo Pure Magnesium Oil Spray. 2. Take a Relaxing Bath

3. Talk to a Friend

Talking to a good friend can be very therapeutic, it is self-care for the mind. It is empowering to be able to have conversations about the changes that occur in our bodies and minds during mid-life.

4. Skin Care

  1. I've been working on making more time for self-care. My skincare routine and walking my dog are two things that always make me feel good.
  2. Skin care is huge for me. I also used to take baths to relax and unwind. I need to get back into the habit of that.
