Step 2: Add vanilla, eggs and peanut butter
Next, add the vanilla into the bowl with butter and sugar mixture. Then, add one egg at a time, mixing after each egg is added. Finally, add the peanut butter and mix until combined and smooth.

Step 3: Combine the dry ingredients together
In a separate bowl, sift the flour, baking soda, baking powder and salt together
Step 4: Add dry ingredients to wet ingredients
Slowly add the dry ingredients to the butter mixture until everything comes together, taking care not to over mix. Then, fold in the chocolate chips.
Step 5: Chill the Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough
Place the mixture in the refrigerator for at least an hour so it is easier to handle.

Step 6: Bake the Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Cookies
Using a small (1 inch) cookie scoop, scoop round balls onto the prepared baking sheet. Place them on the baking pan around 2 inches apart. They really do expand, so keep that in mind when spacing them out. Slightly, flatten the balls with the palm of your hand or the bottom of a glass dipped in water. Place on the center rack in the oven and bake at 375 degrees Fahrenheit for 10 to 12 minutes or until they start to lightly brown on the edges.. Allow to cool completely before removing. Serve and enjoy!
