Natural Ways to Reduce Stress and Support Sleep

Before bedtime, my husband and I like having a cup of Blue Moon Milk with Sensoril Ashwagandha! To make it, I warm up 2 cups of milk, add in butterfly pea flower, a scoop of my supplement with  Sensoril Ashwagandha Extract, and a few dashes of cinnamon and nutmeg.

How can I incorporate Sensoril Ashwagandha into my wellness routine?

I love how easy it has been to add Sensoril Ashwagandha to my daily wellness routine. For instance, some mornings, I enjoy a cup of coffee that contains Sensoril. Other mornings, I start my day by eating Mocha Overnight Oats Parfait that includes the coffee with Sensoril. The recipe is super easy to prepare and is perfect for breakfast.

To prepare the Overnight Oats, I combine ½ cup of oats, ½ cup of coffee, ½ cup milk, and 1 Tablespoon of honey in a Mason jar, stir, and refrigerate overnight.  I make the parfait in the morning by putting a scoop of the oat mixture into a glass. Then, I add a layer of chocolate pudding and another layer of oats. Finally, I top it with banana slices and chocolate chips.

  1. Is this ok for kids, too? My youngest son has such a hard time falling asleep so I'm trying to find things that will help him. His anxiety gets the better of him at bedtime.

  3. I have not heard of this before but I am impressed! I usually have a hard time trying to go back to bed when I go pee in the middle of the night. Would you happen to know if this would also help with falling "easier" back to sleep? Maureen | www.littlemisscasual.com
    1. @Maureen, There has not been any sleep studies with Sensoril® specifically. However, there have been five sleep studies with a total of 400 patients with Ashwagandha. The primary outcomes demonstrated a significant improvement in overall sleep with ashwagandha compared with placebo. There does not appear to be specific studies on “returning to sleep” though.   4. This product is something I would like to try. Anything natural that helps me sleep and feel more relaxed, especially in the evenings, would be helpful.
  5. I'm always searching for anything that can help support sleep. I'm all for natural alternatives to pills or sleep aids. I'll give this a try.
