How do I make the Fruit Ice Cubes?

These take just a few minutes to make. The most important thing is just to remember to make them ahead of time because they do need a good 6 to 8 hours in the freezer before serving.

Step 1: Add Ingredients and Freeze

Place cranberries, raspberries and mint in the ice cube tray and fill with sparkling water or juice. Then, freeze overnight or for at least 6 to 8 hours.

Step 2: Remove from Ice Cube Trays

When the holiday ice cubes are completely frozen, remove from the trays.
