Four Beach Bag Essentials for Summer
This post is sponsored by BabbleBoxx.
After a long, hard winter here in Maine, summer has finally arrived! There really is nothing that I love more than summer in Maine. There are so many things to do from boating to hiking to attending a lobster bake. However, my favorite thing to do at this time of year is hit the beach! Maine has over 3,000 miles of gorgeous coastline to enjoy. I like to head to a different beach each weekend with my family.

Beach Bag Essentials
Packing for the beach each weekend can be time consuming. So, one of my strategies to save time is to keep a bag stocked with essentials. It contains the obvious items like sunscreen, bug spray, goggles and wet wipes. However, it also has some items that many people may not think of until they really need it! Check out these Four Beach Bag Essentials for Summer.

Energy Stix from 4C
As much as I enjoy taking my family to the beach, it can be exhausting! So, I always keep a few handy Energy Stix from 4C in my beach bag. These convenient powdered drink packets are perfect to add to my water when I need a little boost. I love that they are sugar free, low-calorie and come in delicious flavors like berry, orange and citrus.
One of my other favorite things about these portable drink packets is that they are inexpensive! In fact, they are roughly half the cost of RedBull! So next time you need a little more energy to power you through the day, give Energy Stix from 4C a try!
Pamprin Multi-Symptom
It's never fun to deal with period symptoms at the beach! I often suffer with miserable cramps and bloating at this time of the month. That is why I keep Pamprin Multi-Symptom period relief medication in my beach bag. It is my secret weapon for fighting period pain.
It helps to reduce bloating because it contains a simple diuretic. Pamprin Multi-Symptom also works great to alleviate headaches, backaches and cramps. When I am less bloated and I can keep my cramps at bay, it automatically improves my mood. This allows me to truly enjoy my day at the beach with my family.

Liquid Bandages from New Skin
Another must have for my beach bag is Liquid Bandages from New Skin. This handy liquid is unlike adhesive bandages! It provides all-in-one protection as it is 100% waterproof, helps to heal cuts and kills 99.9% of germs.
New Skin Liquid Bandage is perfect for cuts and scrapes on areas that are hard to cover like elbows, knees and knuckles because it is flexible. My personal favorite thing about this product is that it is gentle on sensitive skin like mine. No more ripping off the bandage!
Shampoo from Ultra Swim
One of my favorite ways to stay active during the summer is doing open water swimming in the lakes and ocean here in Maine. When I can't make it to either of these places, I head to the pool to get my laps in! However, I hate getting "swimmer's hair" from the water!
So, another item I have to have in my summer bag is Shampoo from Ultra Swim. The moisturizing formula helps prevent my hair from drying out when I swim in the ocean. Ultra Swim Shampoo also helps remove chlorine and chemical buildup better than regular shampoos. I love that my hair does not smell like chlorine after I use it!
So Tell Me...
