Step 1: Combine the dry ingredients
Add the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt to a medium bowl. Whisk to combine and set bowl aside.

- Fold in the Funfetti baking chips or white chocolate chips to the cookie dough.
- Place the dough in the refrigerator to chill for one hour.
