The Best Healthy Gummies

The Best Healthy Gummies are made with just 3 ingredients including fruit juice, honey and gelatin powder. They are a tasty treat and fun to make with kids!
Happy Friday, I hope you have had a great week! I know I am looking forward to the weekend after a long week here. Typically, my kids are busy with sports activities after school on Friday. However, today is a rare case where they both came straight home after school. My daughter wanted to make a "fun" snack. So, we made a batch of these healthy gummies! We used a heart shaped silicone mold in the spirit of Valentine's Day being right around the corner. However, any style silicone mold can be used.

How do I make the healthy gummies?
These are super easy to prepare and a fun treat to make with kids! First, heat a cup of your favorite flavor of all natural fruit juice over medium heat. Then, stir in the gelatin and honey. Continue to stir until it thickens and the consistency is even.

Next, spoon approximately 1 tablespoon of juice mixture into each silicone well. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until gummies are firm. Gently remove from silicone mold. Serve cold and enjoy!

Do I need to refrigerate the gummies?
Yes, these healthy gummies should be kept cold until served.
Where do I find the silicone mold?
The silicone mold that I used is a candy mold that I got from Amazon. However, you could use any silicone candy mold you may already own. If the mold wells are larger, it will just require more refrigeration time before serving.
