Vegan White Bean Burgers

  • Heat a pan with 2 tablespoon olive oil over medium heat, cook onion until tender and translucent. Remove from heat and allow it to cool down.
  • In a large bowl, mash white beans with a fork, then add puréed tomatoes, oats, cilantro, lemon juice, spices and onion. Mix all together.
  • Divide into 4 balls and press with your hands to form 4 patties.
  • Heat a pan with 2 tablespoons olive oil on medium heat, cook patties until golden brown on each side.
