  • Preheat the air fryer to 400° F.
  • In a large bowl, toss together the halved sprouts, oil, soy sauce, garlic, and ginger until the sprouts are well coated.
  • Transfer the sprouts to your air fryer basket(s), working in batches if necessary to not overcrowd. A little overlapping is ok.
  • Air fry for 10-15 minutes, tossing at the halfway point.
  • Once the Brussels sprouts are crispy on the outside and fork tender in the middle, remove and transfer to a large mixing bowl.
  • Toss with sweet chili sauce until well coated, top with Thai chili if desired and serve immediately.

Notes

You can cook the sprouts for more or less time depending on the level of char you want on the sprouts.
Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
To reheat, air fry for 5-7 minutes at 400° F.
